TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The definitive reservation can only be made upon receipt of a written confirmation via email or post. For the payment of the deposit we send you a safe payment link from Worldline or you can make a bank transfer.

All prices include service and VAT, excluding tourist tax.

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3 PM onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 AM. The luggage can be stored with us.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing via email or letter.

The cancellation deadline must be respected.

CANCELLATION IN THE WINTER SEASON

Free of charge up to 1 month before arrival, 50% of the full room rate until 15 days before arrival, less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the full room rate.

CANCELLATION OF A STAY OVER CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR (18 DECEMBER 2023 TO 6 JANUARY 2024) 

Free of charge up to 42 days before arrival, 50% of the full room rate from 42 to 30 days before arrival, less than 30 days before arrival 100% of the total room rate.

CANCELLATION IN THE SUMMER SEASON 

Free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the full room rate from 14 to 7 days before arrival, less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total room rate.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS 

Space for 1 to 2 extra beds is available in the Classic Junior Suites and the deluxe Suites.

SUMMER AND WINTER 

0 to 9 years: free with breakfast or CHF 45 with half board

10 to 15 years: CHF 80 with breakfast or CHF 125 with half board

From 16 years: CHF 135 with breakfast or CHF 180 with half board

MINIMUM STAY 

A minimum stay of 7 days (Saturday – Saturday) is required in winter and 10 days over New Year’s Eve.

Shorter stays on request.
