On the evening of December 24th, our traditional Christmas aperitif once again took place at Hotel Alex in Zermatt – a special highlight that delights our guests year after year. For over ten years, this event has been a cherished tradition and a highlight for the entire family.

Before the gift exchange, the children of our guests performed a joyful Christmas serenade, creating a festive and enchanting atmosphere.

Then came the moment the children had eagerly been waiting for:

Santa Claus himself, portrayed by our host René Hürlimann, distributed the gifts prepared by the parents. With children’s eyes lighting up and Christmas music playing in the background, Alex became the setting for unforgettable moments.

This special ritual not only reflects the family spirit of Hotel Alex but also creates an unparalleled Christmas ambiance that brings guests of all ages together.
